Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, installing the Logicat browser extension, or using our services at Logicatapp.com ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").
If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

Logicat is a browser extension that analyzes social media content for logical fallacies using AI.
You upload social media posts or links, and Logicat processes them via third-party AI APIs (including xAI).
We do not store your uploaded social media content after analysis.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Logicat. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.

4. Account & Registration

You must register with a valid email address to use Logicat.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.
Notify us immediately at [email protected] of any unauthorized use.

5. Subscription & Payments

Logicat is a paid subscription service with monthly or annual billing via Stripe.
All plans include a 7-day free trial (one per user).
Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled before the renewal date.
You may cancel anytime from your account settings. No further charges apply after cancellation.

Refund Policy

You may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial payment by contacting us at [email protected] or through the Feedback function on your Profile page.
Refunds are not available after this period. This policy applies only to the first payment for each subscription.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

Use Logicat for unlawful purposes.
Upload malware, spam, or harmful content.
Reverse engineer or interfere with the Service.
Overload or disrupt our systems.
Upload content containing personal data, confidential information, or materials you are not authorized to share.

7. Intellectual Property

Logicat (including all code, design, and branding) is owned by ANOTHERAI LIMITED.
You retain ownership of your uploaded content.
You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your uploads solely to provide the Service.
You grant us a royalty-free, perpetual right to use feedback or suggestions you provide to improve the Service.

8. Third-Party Services

Logicat uses:

Google Analytics (usage tracking)
Stripe (payments)
xAI API (AI analysis)
Supabase (authentication & settings)

Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

9. Data & Privacy

We collect:

Email address
Payment information (via Stripe)
Usage data (via Google Analytics & Supabase)
Error and performance data (via Sentry)

We do not sell your data.

10. Error Monitoring

To ensure service quality and reliability, we use third-party error monitoring tools (Sentry.io) to automatically collect technical error information when issues occur. By using our service, you consent to this automated error reporting.

Error data collected includes:

Error messages and stack traces
Browser information and operating system
Page URL where the error occurred
User ID (anonymous UUID)

Error data is used solely for debugging and service improvement and is retained for 90 days. We do not collect passwords, payment information, or your analyzed content in error reports.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.

Upon termination:

Your right to use Logicat ends immediately.
No refund will be provided for periods beyond your cancellation window.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.
WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THE ACCURACY OR RELIABILITY OF ANY AI ANALYSIS.

13. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID IN THE PAST 6 MONTHS.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong SAR.
Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong SAR.

15. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time.
Significant changes will be notified via email or in-app notice.
Changes take effect 7 days after posting, unless otherwise stated.
